Stainless Steel Fabrication Plant

As part of Simgetek's continuous growth and long-term production strategy, work is under way to establish our new Stainless Steel Equipment Fabrication Plant, scheduled to be fully operational by the end of 2026.

 

This new facility, an important milestone on the way to expanding our production capabilities and strengthening our expertise in stainless steel equipment fabrication for industrial applications

FACILITY INFRASTRUCTURE

A Facility Designed for Stainless Steel Fabrication

The new plant is being designed specifically for the fabrication, handling and assembly of stainless steel equipment. Built around quality, process control and operational efficiency, it will allow Simgetek to manage its stainless steel projects with greater flexibility and precision.

  • 10,000 m² enclosed site including 3,500 m² covered fabrication area; dedicated to fabrication and assembly
  • 60-ton overhead crane capacity; allows large, heavy parts to be handled safely and efficiently

With this infrastructure, the aim is to fabricate a wide range of stainless steel equipment, from small assemblies to large, complex welded structures.

Expanding Production Capability

While Simgetek's existing production facilities focus mainly on carbon steel fabrication, the new stainless steel plant will complement these activities and broaden our overall production scope.

With this specialised facility in operation, Simgetek will:

  • Increase its total production capacity
  • Improve the separation of carbon steel and stainless steel work on a project basis
  • Strengthen quality control through dedicated production environments
  • Respond more effectively to project-specific material and process requirements
