Modular Equipment Fabrication Plant

As part of Simgetek's continuous growth and long-term production strategy, work is under way to establish our new Modular Equipment Fabrication Plant, scheduled to start operating in 2026.

 

This new facility represents an important step in extending our production capability from the fabrication of individual equipment to the shop assembly of complete, ready-to-install modules that bring different disciplines together.

FACILITY INFRASTRUCTURE

Infrastructure Designed for Modular Fabrication

The facility is being designed specifically for the fabrication, assembly and pre-commissioning of modular units. Its single, long bay layout allows modules to be built up progressively along the production line and shipped as complete assemblies.

  • 10,000 m² enclosed site; serves material storage, pre-assembly and shipping operations
  • 20 m × 120 m bay dimensions; 12.3 m hook height
  • 3,500 m² covered fabrication area; dedicated to fabrication and module assembly
  • 6 m × 6 m door dimensions — three (3) doors
  • 60-ton lifting capacity

Fabrication Scope

The facility is planned to produce modular equipment in which structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines are combined in a single deliverable unit:

 

  • Structural steel frames and load-bearing structures
  • Carbon steel fabrication and equipment integration
  • Mechanical equipment installation and piping
  • Electrical and instrumentation installation
  • Automation and control systems integration
