Machining is the stage in which a welded structure becomes a finished machine part. Simgetek operates a dedicated machining bay equipped with high-capacity machining centres, so the final machining of the equipment we fabricate can be done in-house to the required dimensional and geometric tolerances.

Carrying out machining within the same organisation that also performs welding and heat treatment removes the interfaces and schedule risk that come from moving heavy parts between different suppliers.
